Frequently asked questions

The trial lesson lasts around 25-30 minutes and it is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your requirements and expectations. We have a mock lesson based on your current level so that you can see my teaching method and techniques. The trial lesson is free of charge and you are under no obligation to take any more lessons after that session.

After you have purchased a lesson, you will get access to our booking calendar. Find an available slot and book your lesson at your preferred time. The timetable will show availability for the next three weeks so you can book well in advance if you wish. Lessons need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Of course. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the original scheduled time with no penalty. Check the cancellation policy for more information.

All you need is a reliable Internet connection and a Skype account (or any other video call platform). All lesson materials will be provided.

Whether you have a specific purpose for learning Spanish, you need preparation for an exam (GCSE, A-Level, DELE…), you want to practise your conversational skills or you just simply want to learn for fun, you will find the right course here as it will be fully tailored to your needs. Alternatively, you can follow our curriculum which is designed to cover all the levels linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
